Return & Replacement Policy

• We offer returns within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused and in original condition.

Customized Products:

• Customized items are non-returnable.
• However, if a customized product arrives damaged, we will provide a replacement.

Refund / Replacement:

• Eligible items can be refunded or replaced after inspection.

Order Cancellation:

• Orders can be cancelled within 5 hours of placing the order.
• After this time, orders cannot be cancelled as processing begins.
