Every AutoAura product is carefully packed and shipped worldwide.

Processing Time: Orders are dispatched within 48–72 hours (Mon–Fri), excluding public holidays.

Delivery: All orders are shipped with tracking. Transit times vary by destination, and tracking details are emailed once your order ships.

Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included at checkout.

Delays: AutoAura™ is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

Damaged on Arrival: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we'll work to make it right.
